disco.acReviews of disco.ac

I am so impressed with Disco's customer service response times and how quick they were with resolving a mistake I made with one of my music files. Thank you very much to Jay Ward, who helped me with my issue; I am very happy!

I made a purchase 15 months ago. All of a sudden they are charging me and indicting I have a subscription to receive a shipment every 2 months. For 15 months I never had a charge so I doubt I agreed to this recurring charge at the time of purchase or it would have been occurring this entire time.

Complicated app. Not intuitive at all. Slow support that only chats (well, that is kind of an desease nowadays, but this is really slow). One billion help files describing the threes, leaves and so on, but no description of the wood. All detailed info, problably made by a very proud inventor and programmer.
