Basically they will take your money
Basically they will take your money, ban you, and refuse to refund you. The list is 6 years old. It's fine if you don't want to mail them, what isn't is that you won't issue a refund for money taken and not spent.

We understand your frustration, and we want to clarify the situation. Your account has not been permanently banned. The account was temporarily suspended because the system flagged an intention to send to a mailing list that has been dormant for decades. Sending to highly outdated, unengaged lists creates an immediate risk of high bounce rates and spam complaints. This directly damages deliverability—not just for your account, but for all of our customers who rely on our platform's reputation. We have already reached out to let you know that you are welcome to continue using our service. We just need a confirmation that you will bypass the stale list and stick to current, permission-based contacts. Once you confirm, we can immediately review your account for reactivation. These safeguards are standard practice in email marketing, and we enforce them to protect our users and the integrity of the email ecosystem.
