If I were only reviewing the glasses I’d give them 5 stars. However, I ordered two pairs in the same style (different colors) with the intention of returning the pair I didn’t want to keep. The support email was responsive and offered to give me a discount to keep the last pair but also said they would send me a prepaid return label if I wanted to return for a full refund. When I said I would return for a full refund, they stopped responding. That was almost 3 weeks ago now, and I’m guessing they will not respond within the 30-day window for returns. Don’t buy from them unless you’re 100% sure you’ll be keeping what you order!

Dima will not return items you don’t want. They are a scam operation. Do not buy from them unless you’re OK with no returns.

I ordered three different pairs of tortoise acetate sunglasses from DIMA-Eyewear on April 2nd, 2026. The package was delivered to a DHL Packstation in Germany on April 11th. So, the delivery from China to Germany took nine days. I find this shipping time very reasonable. Today was the first time I wore these sunglasses in the sun, and unfortunately, I noticed severe glare and reflections. It's so bad in the sun that these sunglasses are practically unwearable. To find out why, I took them to a reputable optician for an inspection. The optician explained that the flat lenses are the cause of the intense glare and reflections. He also raised concerns about the UV protection offered by these sunglasses. The frames, hinges, and temples seem fine, and I like the look of them. However, this doesn't help because the most important part of sunglasses—the lenses—is unusable. I've already filed a complaint with Dima regarding all three pairs of sunglasses and am waiting for their response. If I don't receive a reply, I'll have to use PayPal Buyer Protection. I've given the company seven days to get back to me. Update from April 16: After filing a complaint, DIMA offered me a partial refund of 50% (USD 78). As part of this refund, they asked me to remove my review here on Trustpilot. However, the fundamental problem with the lenses still persists. Even after deducting the 50% refund, I still incurred a loss of USD 78 for three pairs of "sunglasses" that are unusable in the sun due to the defective lenses. Sincerely, Christian from Germany
