Northstar in guise of an actual legitimate service
Company is called Northstar Digital Literacy. I enrolled in a program which utilized this companies services for online testing. Although I was assured via site that testing was readily accessible and compatible with smart phone, it is NOT. Horrible experience. The material was redundant, slow, and dreadfully boring. I was unable to respond to several questions. You would think they’d provide a better, more efficient service. Now I can understand why they hide their company name under such a generic site.
