I love DIFF! I purchased two pairs of sunnies last year and my favorite pair got scratched last weekend while on vacation. I was upset when I saw that they were sold out and remembered I had paid extra for protection. John S helped me and it was a perfect transaction.

Haleigh was the most professional customer service representative. Her expertise in her field was fabulous and the care and attention she gave me helping with my order was outstanding.

Customer service was prompt and extremely helpful. Prompt responses to questions involving returns and exchanges made the process simple.

I spoke with Kayla and she helped me out, she was so sweet, understanding and got the job done. It’s very rare these days for people to go above and beyond for others but she did. 10/10 highly recommend, I honestly don’t think I’ve had better customer care. Due to this I will let others know.

So, I’ve always ordered designer sunglasses and often been disappointed with the quality. I took a chance and ordered Diff Eyewear sunglasses and was instantly impressed at the stellar quality of the frames and lenses! I chose (2) pair of Dean frames and paid far less than half of any designer pair. I seriously LOVE these things! I am officially a Diff customer for life! Plus, it’s awesome to support a company that helps provide glasses to people in need with every purchase!

I saw these gorgeous sunglasses on Instagram made by Diff. I ordered prescription glasses and sunglasses. There were a few hiccups along the way however, Heidi made everything better. She went out of her way to make sure my orders were correct and arrived when promised. She fixed an issue I had with a pair of sunglasses. She is amazing, easy to speak with and is the backbone of this company! The products are absolutely gorgeous and well worth a few minor delays/issues. I will definitely be ordering from there again.

I love my glasses, bought a pair for my daughter as well. They shipped faster than expected during these crazy times. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and price for a great cause. Can’t wait to buy another pair for my other daughter now that she has seen them and knowing it was a great experience.
