Diesel Auto Transport LLCReviews of dieselautotransport.com

Absolutely horrible experience with Sherpa Auto Transport and Diesel Auto Transport. I was originally told the transport would take only 3–6 days. Instead, it took 11 days with constant delays, excuses, and zero professionalism. I asked multiple times for basic updates and even requested a simple picture of the vehicle’s mileage/odometer, and they still failed to send it. The driver barely answered the phone, and customer service was completely useless the entire time. Nobody seemed organized or capable of handling a serious business professionally. Every time I contacted them, I received different information and empty promises. I would NEVER recommend these companies to anyone, no matter how cheap their prices are. Saving a little money is not worth the stress, wasted time, poor communication, and unprofessional treatment. Stay away from these companies.

*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** I hired this company to transport a car across the country. I arranged the transport with Bert who was initially very responsive in getting my business. Once the deposit was paid and the transport was scheduled, I asked Bert to confirm the pickup date and he said the vehicle would be picked up on Saturday to have it delivered on Friday that week. Saturday came around and I received a call from the transport company indicating Saturday would be too soon to pickup the vehicle to be delivered on Friday. They rescheduled the pickup for Monday. I prepped the vehicle for pickup on Monday and waited all day for pickup. Since it was 2:35pm and the vehicle hasn't been pickup yet I texted Bert to asked for a timeframe on when they will pick up the vehicle. He said, the vehicle will be picked up between 6pm-8pm so I had to reschedule an appointment I had during that time. Around 7:25pm the driver still hasn't shown up to pickup the vehicle so I texted Bert multiple times to find out what's going on. No response from Bert at all. The driver never showed up that evening. Basically, I wasted my whole day waiting around. Given that Bert is in Florida, I would assume he would text/call me in the morning to clear things up but he never contacted me. Since he already got his payment, he just basically just ignored my texts. Luckily, we were able to get in contact with the driver's company the following day and they said the driver would pickup the vehicle around noon so I left work early to meet the driver. However, the driver didn't show up until 7:30pm that evening which was another waste of time. Eventually, the vehicle was picked up but it took multiple calls to driver's company just to ensure the pickup. This is something that should have been handled by Bert since we hired him for his services.

I used Diesel Auto to have my Honda Civic transported from Dallas to Lyndhurst Ohio. I received my car in two days from when they picked it up. They gave me a reasonable price and would answer the phone not like the other company I hired before them. I would recommend them as they were a great company to use.

Horrible company. Totally dishonest. Make promises just to get the job. Car was promised on one date arrived 2days late. Blamed the driver. Representative used profane language on the phone when we questioned him!

This company stands out among the best they contacted me after the new year waiting for 3 weeks to get a car moved and i contacted Bert and he called a few drivers called me back and picked my car the next day thank you so Bert i will be using this company in the future

Bert and Jason did great. Will contact them again for my next move coming up in a couple months. Vehicle arrived just as told

The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will be doing more business in the future.
