Where can I begin..
Where can I begin... very bad Talking to someone was nearly impossible. My emails went unanswered for weeks... only for me to receive an automated message about high delays and more waiting time. Then, after spending valuable dev time integrating it into my codebase, I received notice that they are removing access for the self-service API. I had just signed up maybe a few weeks prior. Thanks a lot for the heads up... It's evident that Amadeus cares about their enterprise clients but couldn't care less about any company doing less than X million dollars.
