⚠️ Warning to other small businesses We engaged Designs Vertical to develop a website for our restaurant and made full payment of A$1,048 on 25 January 2026 for a 4-page eCommerce website with 3 years hosting. A demo/staging page was initially shared and we were promised the website would be completed within a few days. However, after payment the communication stopped and the project has still not been delivered despite multiple follow-ups. No official invoice was provided and we have not received any clear completion date. Meanwhile their social media pages remain active while our messages continue to go unanswered. As a small business this has caused us significant frustration and financial loss. We are sharing this experience to raise awareness so that other business owners are cautious when engaging online design agencies. We still hope this matter can be resolved professionally. Very friendly and professional. They made sure I was happy with the final product, I also liked the fact that they kept me informed of the progress. I would definitely recommend Design Vertical to everyone seeking professionalism.

I’m not one to jump after every flashy offer so it took a couple weeks investigation before I made my choice. You can not go wrong here. I’m hard to please and they worked with me every way they could until we came up neither the results I was after. Never giving me a hard time and always willing to go the extra distance. I will be working with them again in the future as my business grows.

Excelente, muy buen trabajo en equipo, cómo tomaron mis ideas súper bien a pesar que nuestros idiomas son diferentes quede encantada con su trabajo en escuchar mis ideas y estar pendiente cada que escribía mil gracias

I recently signed up with Designs Vertical for help with my company digital Marketing and honestly I am impressed with the way they conduct business, they were very patient and focus on my golds.
