Design PickleReviews of designpickle.com

I love my designer and working with Design Pickle has been straightforward and easy. Ensure that you understand how to communicate what you want as it is time consuming upfront, but you’ll get a much better product. I didn’t realize that unless you upgrade to having a backup designer, no one works on your projects on weekends. This is not apparent. Outside of that, I would have given them five stars.

Great service and very customer focused responses, given the many edits often needed in the design process.

I'm more than satisfied with our relationship with Design Pickle. Fernando Cortes, one of our DPU's, is the best! I have a great team that has taken the time to learn our brand. I only give 4 stars due to a few system updates that I'm sure are coming. Either way, I'll be a proponent.

The turn-a-round time is insanely quick which is wonderful. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that sometimes I am hit with delays as my sizing instructions are not followed 100%

If you are looking for basic design review for brands that have clear branding, Design Pickle has been a good value. We have multiple brands and a very small design team. Having Design Pickle has enabled our in house designers to work on more complicated designs. I also appreciate that we can have multiple revisions, edits and formats without paying a minimum fee just to open the file. The Box solution means I can view and share designs even when traveling. They have made several improvements to their interface over the years as well. They have restrictions on what they will and won't design - they do not work in Microsoft products and will not do concepts for room/booth layout, they do not do any video or .gifs. At times, we've had to fix the layout after they've done it, but have used the basic concepts as the foundation. Overall, good basic design service.

I have been working with Design Pickle for over 3 years now. Once I understood what services they can exactly provide and how to communicate best with them, we were well on our way. I have had numerous designers over time and they are open to discussion on compatability. And if there are any specific requests, there is always a supervisor readily available to pickle-chat which I greatly appreciate. Their team appears to be very loyal to their brand and understanding of their customers. The value of DP over other graphic services cannot be compared. Way to go, DP!

I love the unlimited reviews for each projet

What works: 1. Great team to work with 2. Super designer : Cynthia. 3. As many revisions as possible What doesn't work 1. Time gap between us and DP 2. Too many emails in my inbox. Yous seriously have to reduce the email comm by a tad bit.
