I ordered a sunglass and it supposed to delivered 2 days. I di not get it after 2 days. Waited another week and they canceled my order without notification or explaining. SCAM. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Horrible, I bought a pair of frames, was suppose to come in on Wednesday and still haven't seen anything. Kept my money and I have nothing to show for it. I should have checked out these folks first. They ship by Google Express and they have heard from me as well.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Handling time took forever but the kicker was THEY SENT ME SUNGLASSES WITHOUT LENSES!!! When I called they hung up on me, I called back and they told me the lenses were on backorder for 3 weeks. No where was that mentioned prior. Avoid this place!!

I'll keep this short and to the point This company WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY 100%. The lady who answered the phone was extremely unprofessinal (Reason she works there) BEWARE I had to learn the hard way. THEY kept $59 dollars of mines. I will REPORT them. I'll make sure friends and family wont shop there at all. Was $59 worth it? Now you'll lose more Thanks

I ordered a set of frames July 23rd. I received confirmation immediately and my CC was charged. No further info or responses to inquires until August 30th. I was told it was backordered until Oct 25th. That is the last I heard from them. Still no frames, no communication, they have my money. Do not do business with these people!

Awful turnaround time. 3 weeks no glasses.

I ordered glasses and was told my glasses are out of stock and should be available on July 23 than received another email saying delay pushed back to July 25. Than another after saying the company they receive glasses from has been closed for weeks so there's not a time they can give me. I am not happy with the this customer service and how I should have been told or given option but for refund. Still waiting on that reply. Let's see what I'm told about getting a refund. Not satisfied at all. Maria
