I would give a five star but I had to return the glasses I first ordered to have,a new prescription added. After the glasses,arrived back at the facility, I emailed numerous times about the amount to do this. I finally gig an answer after two and then asked how to pay for the new prescription. I never receive a reply. I then started calling and that so frustrating!! It took many calls where I was placed on hold for 15-20 minutes only to be disconnected. I finally got through 2 and a half weeks after the glasses were returned and the representative was pleasant and helpful. She took credit card information and said glasses would be done within a,week and they were! I am pleased with the final result but it was difficult getting to this point. The customer service was poor do I don't know if I would order there again.

Sunglaases are authentic and beautiful their 278 at Macys and were 130 from this site. Got item in less then a week. Thank you!

I searched high & low for a particular designer frame. I found it on Designer Optics for less than half price y'all. YES less than half price!! I wish that I had known about DO way before now. This will certainly not be my last shopping experience with them.

Ive had no issues with them quick replies,refunds, and shipping glasses were legit. And I am aware of all the bad reviews

I bought these frames for my daughter and they are absolutely new they compliment her face! She is as cute as a button! I love these frames so much! They arrived in a secure packaging within three business days and I was able to track the package! I will be ordering for myself and other daughter soon!

I was pleased to see they were authentic Tiffany Eyeglasses at a reduced price. Obviously, all eye stores are closed and I'm waiting for an appt. my optometrist for my yearly visit & to make sure these can accommodate my prescription.
