Great place to work!

I engaged this firm through a trusted referral, seeking strategic guidance for my small business growth. After a promising initial consultation, I invested in their business budget and financial consulting services. What followed was disappointing on multiple levels. The deliverable was a complex financial model that failed to address fundamental business considerations. While technically sophisticated, it missed crucial real-world factors affecting my decision-making: insurance costs, facility requirements, training investments, and quality control implications. These oversights made their primary recommendation - expanding through hiring - impractical for my situation. Communication was consistently poor. Multiple weeks passed without updates on progress or timeline. When I provided feedback about the budget's shortcomings, I received an invoice for additional work hours. Before even addressing these concerns, they attempted to cross-sell additional accounting services. Most frustrating was the gap between what was promised and delivered. I needed clear, actionable guidance for business growth. Instead, I received a technical spreadsheet filled with financial concepts that didn't translate into practical decision-making tools. Despite the significant investment and extended timeline, I gained no clarity on my path forward. The experience left me questioning both the value received and their understanding of small business needs. I cannot recommend their services to other small business owners seeking strategic guidance.

Working with DeMar Consulting group for our Audit was an exceptional experience. Knowledgeable, patient, thorough and professional.

DeMar Consulting Group took on our 410k audit and completed it in a tight time frame, allowing our company to meet the deadline. Other firms indicated it couldn't be completed in a timely manner and DeMar Consulting Group exceeded our expectations. James was the best auditor we had ever worked with and he made the process seamless.

First 401k Audit - Client for life... They were fast, efficient, and worked directly with our company's broker to handle the audit without much direct involvement from me. This allowed me to continue my work. We had two weeks until the deadline when we contracted, and they had finished in one week. They were kind, down to Earth, and ready to help. Very methodical.
