I had listed my home for sale but couldn’t get any serious buyers. So, I decided to take my house of the market and instead rent it out. I chose Delgado Property Management and I couldn’t be happier. Veronica walked me through the details and answered my questions. Their marketing was great, and even included a Youtube Video. They rented my home more quickly than I expected to solid renters. Now I don’t have to worry anymore so I feel very relieved. Thank you Delgado.

I highly recommend Delgado Property Management! Their team is extremely knowledgeable and has a strong understanding of the local rental market. What I appreciate most is their honesty they don’t make unrealistic promises or give false hopes just to win your business. Instead, they provide clear realistic expectations from the start. Marketing is excellent excellent and never feels rushed. They take their time to properly present and promote properties and their attention to detail really shows. Staff is professional friendly and always willing to help. Every interaction has been positive. Really hard to find a property management company that is trustworthy and experience and easy to work with. Delgado Property Management won’t disappoint.

Thank you for this very glowing review. We do work on giving our clients a positive experience with us. We especially appreciate clients that understand the business aspect of a successful property management relationship. Our focus is on the Benicia and surround area markets only, so that we can make sure our expertise is local and better than the regional companies.
