I had previously purchased from DTG on a couple occasions and never had any issues. On my most recent purchase, once I received it, my order contents was mixed up/switched with another customers. I placed a call to the suppprt team, sent an email and within an hour I got a call back (after regular business hours) and it was taken care of immediately. I was so pleased with the service and how it was handled that I made another purchase later that evening. I would recommend to All, deal with confidence.
