Deepfakes Web is a free AI face swap video generator that runs entirely in the browser on cloud GPUs — no software to install, no high-end PC. Upload one clear face photo and an MP4 video (up to 200 MB, up to 4K); the engine extracts, swaps and re-renders the face frame by frame, usually within minutes. Preview in 4K, download the MP4, keep it in your private account. Free to get started on the web and in the Face Swap Video AI: DFW app for iOS and Android; extra renders are pay-per-video with no subscription. Every video carries an invisible watermark.
Deepfakes Web (deepfakesweb.com) has 230 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.4 out of 5.

Paid $15 for one face swap video long 15 seconds to try out this service. It happened that the quality was so terrible, and face swap was super low quality. Honestly, the Reface app on my phone would do the better job. Don't waste your money here.
