Buyer beware...this is a scam company!
Buyer beware...this is a scam company! First, I bought and paid for a plunge and chiller for $2368 in Feb 27, 2024. Both products were on back order which I was not notified at the time of purpose. Fast forward to mid-April and the plunge/chiller still had not arrived. So, I told the company I wanted an immediate refund since nothing had been shipped, nor was there a projected shipping date. More than 20 emails went back and forth since February. After almost 6-weeks now I'm still waiting on my refund and the company has stopped responding to my emails. I have recently retained legal counsel and will be filing a law suit. After speaking with my credit card company, they have also agreed to pursue this matter. I would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Hey Jerry, we are really sorry to hear about your experience with your order and the delays you've faced. We’ve been dealing with an unusually high volume of messages and inquiries, which is why our response time has been slower than usual. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I understand your frustration with the delays and lack of communication. We are working on processing your refund as quickly as possible. I know it’s been a long wait, and I appreciate your patience while we get this sorted out. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for your patience during this process.
