The buying experience was first class and the order was quickly followed up with an explanation about sizing. This was to ensure the leather jacket fitted perfectly. The item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The jacket was exactly as described and the quality and feel of the leather was exceptional. I have received quite a few compliments and I’m extremely happy with my purchase.

Here's my Decrum story...... At First, I freaked out!!!! When I ordered the jacket, after seeing it on Face Book, it rejected my credit card for some reason. I redid it with my debit card. THEN, I "thought" I paid twice and a scammer charged me with both. You know how that goes!!!!! Panic.... SO, I reached out to the Decrum support email and said "CANCEL EVERYTHING NOW".. They got back to me very quickly and were professional, thorough and kind. They assured me that I was only charged once but they immediately put a pause on my order until I felt comfortable. I didn't ask them to. After checking things out, I told them to go ahead. Within about 10 days, a well packaged beautiful jacket arrived. It's just what I wanted and fits great. The leather is soft but not so soft it doesn't hold shape. The color is great and it's my first brown leather jacket. My go-to is usually black. Lining is beautiful and well done. I'm 5'5" and 155# so I bought a large to be able to zip it up without stress. I'm going for a red toned one in the future. Don't be afraid to use Decrum. They delivered to a skeptical person and made her a customer. ALSO: With the new tariffs, they sent an email saying if I got charged, they would pay. I did get charged and sent the screenshot of the charge to the support email. They got back to me soon and said they were refunding me the tariff. Not the exact amount of the tariff, but they rounded it "UP" to the next dollar. Who does that??? A VERY Customer focused company.
