Were is my missing order. You’re not helping me I’m asking for delivery evidence and you can’t explain why my order hadn’t arrived. But saying delivered No NO NO hasn’t been delivered

This couch starting falling apart underneath within 3 months. Now, it's just junk and it will cost me a lot to dispose of at the County Dump due to it's weight. There's no place I can call or take it to for repair.
