I would give zero stars if I could. No one responds to messages via email, Facebook or instagram. I ordered a vinyl over a month ago and received a thank you for your purchase email but no shipping information or confirmation number. I am reporting this as fraud to my bank.

I have had a terrible experience trying to get a record that came damaged replaced or refunded. First, I waited almost 2 months for the record to even ship. Then, when I opened it for the first time to play it, it was horribly scratched. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I was told this wasn’t possible because I was outside their 30 day policy. No accountability for sending me a scratched record. No interest in making it right.
