Online shoe order
I ordered a pair of shoes, and was delivered an entirely different product. I contacted dazzleshoeshopus and complained. They said if I placed another order and provided them with the order number, they would send the correct item. Since I no longer trusted them, I demanded a full refund. They refused to return all of my money, instead returning only 40% of what I paid.
