After I filled out the form on their website, the team emailed me back in (literally) 2 minutes with shipping instructions, and were very helpful in answering my follow-up questions as I prepared and shipped my drive. Even though my drive was beyond recovery, they diagnosed it within a few days and shipped it back to me exactly as they said they would—which I’ve heard horror stories about with other companies. When I asked, Petri even suggested a company which might be willing to attempt a more experimental recovery procedure on the drive. Excellent service, done quickly and as stated!

First, they recovered 100% of my data!!! I dropped my hard drive with 1000s of hours worth of work on it and it wasn't even being detected by computers. I have a fair background in computers and tried several things myself but the HDD was in trouble. This would have been worth any price and wait; however, they worked with me on a price and time frame that also fit my urgent needs...to top it all off, they delivered the fixed device directly to my home so I could have it before I had to catch a flight out of town. 5/5!

It's always stressful when your hard drive breaks but Petri was extremely responsive, calm, and happy to answer any question that I had. Hopefully, I won't find myself in the same position but I do I will definitely go back here.
