Great tool - it's a powerful and user-friendly tool for managing and optimizing product feeds! Their support is also excellent – fast, helpful, and solution-oriented. I was in contact with Andy, who was very helpful and made sure everything worked as it should. Highly recommended! 🤩

Support connected within a minute, i spoke to Andy who was of course very knowledgeable and sorted the issue quickly, but was nice too.

Ivan at DFW was a huge help in getting my products to show up correctly. he was knowledgable and super clear on how to resolve issues and get my feed looking fresh!! great customer service

Customer support is next level, I am a relatively new user so I'm often in the support chat and they are always so helpful and friendly even though some of my questions are probably quite obvious!

Hello, Ivan helped me with solving the problem was facing me, thank you so much Ivan for supporting

The support crew is their weight worth in gold, even if you could get the functionalities of DFW other places, the support is what makes it special - this time I got help from Tetiana to quickly resolve an issue for a client, but even more complicated issues are effectively resolved every time - I've literally never experienced an issue they couldn't fix!

Huge thanks to Ivan for the amazing support! He was super helpful in tracking down issues in a very complex rule about assigning IDs to specific custom labels. Honestly, his help was priceless. He gives really clear and practical tips, replies very quickly, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’m always happy with the support team – everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and highly competent. Definitely recommended!
