Data Engineer AcademyReviews of dataengineeracademy.com

From the onboarding(Abdullah & Stefan) to starting the class(instructor Yash), everyone was very supportive and knowledgeable. I can’t ask for a better class plan structure that make sense. Looking forward to the finish line, but I’m aware that it only pays off through self dedication Thank you DE Academy and more reviews in the future.

I appreciate the directed training based on real world experience the team brings. I've been considering the data field for a while, but was not quite sure where to start. The academy has curated the top areas one needs to focus on and provides hands on experience and mock interviews to help prepare you.

I want to transition from a non-tech HR/L&D role into data, despite having no coding experience. At first, I felt overwhelmed and battled imposter syndrome. But in my first week at DE Academy, I received a detailed, personalized 6-month gam plan, 1:1 technical coaching, and regular 1:1 check-ins that helped me focus and build momentum! Now, I’m confidently learning SQL and feel like I’m on a well-traveled path to a data job—something I never got from a traditional university program. It takes work, consistency, and financial investment, but it’s been worth it. If your gut says yes—go for it. I highly recommend DE Academy!

I have to say that as a beginner in the program, I am learning so much. My mentor/advisor, Yash Kantharia has been amazing, helping me with additional resources and further understanding. I can truly say that this is the best investment I've put into myself! I know this is the first major step to put me and my children in a better position.

I’ve been with Data Engineer Academy for about a month now and I’ve had a great experience thus far. My coaches are helpful and eager to see me succeed just as much as I do. I’m excited to continue on my education here at Data Engineer Academy.

Mary told me what I needed to know about my next steps in the program.

I've just been offered a Senior position at a company. It took me just 2 months after beginning my job search process. I highly recommend this program (especially the Gold category) for anyone hoping to both upskill and make a transition to another job. The team helped me at each and every step - application, mock interview prep and resume fine tuning. ===== Q1 2025: I've been with the academy for about 3 weeks now. It's been going really well. They address the skill gaps particularly required for data engineering interviews and start the training accordingly. I will certainly post an extended update once I finish the program and hopefully get an offer through their guidance.

My experience with DE Academy has been eye-opening and challenging in ways that promote continuous curiosity for learning. The coaches are hands-on and so supportive to the point where they want you to know that you are not alone in the challenges you face. They are available at all times and provide a plethora of content tailored to the success of their students. My impression is that student success is important but it is imperative to take one's time getting the skillset down and having versatile knowledge as one is gaining experience in real-time. I am grateful for the grace extended as someone new to the field and I strongly recommend those to invest in themselves if they want to elevate their careers. DE Academy is the source to accomplish just that.
