The gentleman I spoke with was very nice and very professional. Went through all the details and what my options were. Listen to my concerns and when needed to be put on hold. Always came back to express apologies for the wait.

I have used them twice and so far it's been a very good experience. My first time the total length of time it took me was 30 minutes or less, this includes the filling out the application and finishing the process through a phone call. My second time took 5 minutes total if that. When they say you should have the funds in 2 hours, depending on your bank, you really will get it that fast... Now listen, this is a pay day loan, so if you don't pay it off right way with you next check or two the interest rates are extremely high, and they are honest and up front about that... So if you get it pay it off just as fast as humanly possible... Overall, for a short term loan, I would recommend them
