Darly SolutionsReviews of darly.solutions

We partnered with Darly Solutions to build a custom CRM to replace spreadsheets and separate tools we were using to manage clients, campaigns, and reporting. As we scaled, manual tracking became time-consuming and limited our overall visibility. Darly delivered a centralized system that brings together client data, campaign metrics, payments, and invoicing in one place. The dashboards with different access levels made our daily workflows more structured, and reporting became much faster. What stood out was their strong experience with CRM systems and integrations. During discovery, they asked the right questions and highlighted important aspects we hadn’t considered, which improved the final structure of the system. The project was delivered on time, communication was clear, and feedback was handled quickly. Overall, a professional and well-organized collaboration.

Darly Solutions built a centralized performance analytics platform that became our single source of truth across advertising channels. From the start, they focused on integrating data from platforms like Google Ads and Meta into one structured system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports. The discovery phase addressed API logic, data reconciliation challenges, and dashboard structure before development began. The project followed clear milestones, communication was consistent, and adjustments were handled quickly when needed. As a result, we reduced manual reconciliation between platforms, improved cross-channel visibility, and gained unified dashboards that support more informed performance and budget decisions. Overall, the collaboration was structured, reliable, and aligned with our operational needs.
