Insecure payment. Recurring monthly charges.
- Secure online payment to Dama.org for the associated exam isn't available, though staff are eager to take credit card info over the phone - Dama.org requires a password reset for every login and the data dictionary is half empty and uses definitions that contain the term it describes (imagine "an ox is an ox-like creature") - The exam itself contains content that's not in version 2. For example, I picked up version 1 where I found the Dama-specific SDLC content. Either they forgot to put the content into version 2 or forgot to take out of the exam - Complete radio silence after getting credit card info, so reached out to ICCP who is referenced in version 1. Apparently the only partner to the CDMP program stopped offering the certification in 2015. - Visa then informed me that ***THE EXAM FEE IS A RECURRING CHARGE*** and asked if this was correct. Obviously, no one is paying a monthly fee to edit Dama's certification content.
