Worst experience of my life with a service organization
I organized a 360 review for an employee that's been struggling understanding how his actions are impacting others. The DC folks sold us a good story of what they do for a 360, showed us an example of one their reports that we'd get and they'd share with our employee in a debrief session. They then messed up every aspect of the process after that. Didn't send the list of questions initially to the right recipients. Then during the 1-1 debrief they shared generalaties around what was turned in the responses. We asked for a copy of that report and after several requests was finally sent what I would describe as their coaches perspective, and not anything to do with the actual questions and responses from others. I then elevated this issue to a higher level person in the DC organization and they finally got back to me telling me yes that what I received and how this went is not what she would have expected either and would get me a response in a few days. I waited and two weeks later still nothing so replied to every contact I had with them outlining their failures and my disappointment and request to resolve this ASAP. At this point I shared how the employee that had the 360 done in him had a complete change in attitude since this review, lacking engagement that prior to wasn't an issue. I wanted to know what had been shared with him to try and help. Still ZERO response. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a service organization. This is only the second one star review I've ever left in my life. I cannot express how disappointed I was with this organization at multiple levels to simply make no attempt to resolve my concerns. Will never use them again obviously and will make sure everyone I can reach knows about this experience
