Products are nice but non existent communication
Updated my previous review now my order has been delivered, bumping up from 1 star to 3. I'd initially though I wasn't going to get my order but thankfully, a few weeks later, it's turned up. On the plus side, the mugs look great and feel good quality. However communications from Cycling Souvenirs has been atrocious. 3 emails sent since the Royal Mail tracking details said the address didn't exist and the package was going back to the sender, and not a single one has been replied to. The auto reply says they will respond within 2 days but that hasn't happened.
