Our mobile app was built by custom software lab. We had requirements change quite often but they accommodated pretty much everything our techs wanted on the app. EMails never wait for more than 2 days and phone calls are promptly returned.

We have been working with CSL on and off for over 10 years, they built our system that integrated QuickBooks enterprise and our custom CRM. The software has needed fixes and upgrades every few months and CSL has helped throughout.
