Linzi is amazing when it comes to the knowledge and experience when it comes to clarifying how the process works. A great co-worker,I'd highly recommend her to anybody who's interested in customizing boxes.

I had an urgent need for product packaging boxes after a lot of shipping drama with an overseas supplier. Linzi and Molly were immediately responsive (unlike just about every other packaging box company we contacted) and they sent over the first structural fit check box in just a day or two. When I needed to change the design, they overnighted another fit check box to me for Saturday delivery. Once we got the fit and the artwork squared away, they quoted me a fairly short production lead time and then shipped when promised. I really appreciate Linzi and Molly's efforts, and plan to work with them on all my packaging going forward. They're a little more expensive than buying from overseas, but if you factor dependability into the equation, and the fact that shipping from Minnesota is usually pretty drama-free, I think CBN offers a pretty excellent value proposition.
