Curriculo ATS is the applicant tracking system that shows its work. Most recruiting platforms match keywords. Curriculo reads what a candidate actually built, scores it 0 to 100, and writes out the reasoning behind each score. A recruiter managing four searches at once receives a ranked shortlist they can defend to a client or hiring manager before lunch. According to research from Harvard Business School and Accenture, 88% of employers state their ATS rejects qualified candidates. Legacy platforms charge per seat and take weeks to install. Greenhouse costs approximately $15,000 or more a year. Curriculo sets up in about 15 minutes. It charges zero per-seat fees. Curriculo runs directly inside Claude and ChatGPT through MCP Intelligence, alongside a web application and API access. Recruiting teams query their pipeline and review candidate fit scores directly from a chat window. Applications arrive through email ingestion. The platform also includes a Live Neural Interviewer that runs automated phone screens in over 200 languages. It includes a calendar agent, email agent, daily briefing agent, chief of staff agent, resume screening agent, and recruiting agent. The Starter plan is free forever, with no credit card required. It includes unlimited job listings, candidate ranking for your first 1,000 applicants, custom branded job domains, and MCP access. The Pro plan expands ranking capacity to 10,000 candidates and adds full API access with priority support. Curriculo was founded in Brooklyn, New York, by Dev Rishi Khare, a machine learning engineer who left Amazon to build an auditable alternative to keyword screening. The system is built for recruiting agency owners, independent hiring consultants, and talent acquisition leaders who need defensible hiring decisions.
