Service and presentation was Excellent. Constant upselling bloody annoying and contradictory of what you’d already purchased. Product is useless and smells like a cheap musk. Let’s see if the service on the 30 day money back guarantee is as good.

Have tried to get a refund to no avail. The spray bottle doesn't work well, leaks, gave a rash and they just keep offering a small percentage back and me keep the bottle. I don't want a bottle that doesn't work well and the chemicals gave me a rash. Oh, and chemicals.. it was delivered in a HAZMAT bag. really? Yes. Terrible service and now they wont answer the emails.

I purchased the Cupids 3.0 it was on sale by 2 for 39.95 each and get one Bottle free. I contacted costumer sent screenshots of the of my purchase that I was charged incorrectly. I did get a reply back and said they will be looking into it. They never fixed the incorrect amount that I was charged incorrectly.The amount I was charged was 129.44.

Ordered from their website directly. The website froze and reloaded while checking out and it double charged me. Contacted their support immediately to try and have the second order cancelled but only got AI responses until after the orders shipped. Got both orders and contacted them again to return the second order. Sent it back on my own dime with all the requirements with tracking. They received the package may 29th and I contacted them again to ask about the return. They said they'll contact me when the package has been inspected and processed. It's now June 10th and haven't heard anything back. Contacted them 4 days ago asking how long it takes to inspect a return and have been ghosted by their support. Planning on contacting my bank to do a fraud claim if I don't hear back by this Friday.

First order took forever to receive with little to no communication from customer service. Second order I ordered a month ago still have not received after about six emails they finally get back with me and say they can't refund my order because it's been delivered but they delivered to Texas which makes no sense because my address was clearly put on their site and I live in Kentucky Then they charged my card for an order that I never placed and have now ghosted me I do not recommend this company they do not care about the consumer they do not care about anything as long as they get their money.

I ordered this product via an ad on Facebook on 4/22/26 thinking that this would be a good cologne to wear and figuring that they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee so I couldn't go wrong. I realized on 5/9/26 that I haven't received it so I e-mailed their "support" and have been working with them for over 10 days with no resolution. Their policy is that they don't refund if it shows it was delivered and I am going to be out of the country for 30 days. They won't answer my question on if the 30 day guarantee would still work if they reship it. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, I will never order from this company again. I recommend going elsewhere for cologne, DO NOT trust that you will actually get support from this company because they will definitely leave you disappointed!

I placed an order and had a skin reaction after use. I reached out to their "support" which is non responsive, or Ai driven. I've received no response for weeks and multiple emails have been placed. Discontinued use per dr and awaiting that non existent refund due to no customer service. 😑 🙄 UPDATE: after almost a month they finally reached out and gave a refund. Although, im happy for the refund the customer service needs to improve.
