Hi Kristen! I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the remake. Upon reviewing your order, I can see that one of our customer care representatives already assisted and informed you that we, unfortunately, can no longer offer another remake or refund due to the fact that the list of detailed changes you have submitted for the remake was followed by our artists. I also understand that one of our previous representatives promised to send you photos for approval before shipping out the remade Cuddle Clone. I am so sorry for the misunderstanding and confusion we have caused. I assure you that our artists did the best they could to create a new Cuddle Clone for you and it appears that this is as close as it could possibly get to your furry dog, Chloe. Please accept our sincere apologies on this matter and feel free to get in touch with us should you have any questions. Hi Sharmini, First of all, we appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us. We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Cuddle Clone. :( Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. We offer customers a remake when this happens to get it just right. Please know that you have the chance to send it back for a one-time complimentary remake if you’d like, or to return it for a full refund (minus the return shipping cost and non-refundable rush fees), as long as your order was received within 30 days. We’ve been receiving a high volume of emails, rest assured that our customer service team is doing its best to assist all of the customers as soon as we can! Thank you so much. Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hi Kristina! First of all, we appreciate you sharing your honest experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. Please know that we did our best for our customers to receive their orders in time for Christmas. However, due to some COVID-19 related issues, China has experienced the largest increase in cases since the early days of the pandemic and our products are manufactured in the city of Dongguan in China’s Guangdong province. I have checked your concern, and I can see that one of our customer care representatives is already assisting you. I also checked your package, and I can confirm that it has already been delivered on January 5. Now that you’re no longer at the shipping address, is there someone you know in your neighborhood that can check if the package is in your mailbox? We’re advising you to contact USPS as the package should’ve been returned to us if the receiver (Jan M.) is not in their address. We can fully understand how inconvenient this is since we have promised that your order will be delivered before Christmas, however, this kind of situation is out of our control. This was really not the experience we wanted you to have. We are really sorry. Feel free to let us know should you need help with anything else! Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team

Hello James, We’re so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Cocoa Cuddle Clone. :( Our artists do their best to craft our plush products and capture the likeness of your pet as closely as possible. Occasionally, our artists’ creative interpretation of the photos and descriptions provided to us may not 100% meet customer expectations. I have checked your concern and I can confirm that we did offer you both options, and you have opted to return the Plush Cuddle Clone for a full refund. Please know that our return policy states that if you are unsatisfied with your plush product for any reason we will offer you a full refund, less the cost of the return shipping and any added rush delivery fees. Here’s a link to our Help Center for your reference: https://help.cuddleclones.com/returns-and-exchanges Our customer care representative already submitted your request for a return. Returns are processed once a week. We appreciate you giving us a try, James. Best regards, Cuddle Clones Team
