My wife & I recently got a storage unit & am very pleased with the overall experience we had. Anne & Raquel were/are very friendly, helpful, professional & knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner & suggested buying a lock through CubeSmart (which we did.) We asked if we could leave them 1 of our sets of keys with them & they gladly did. They discussed all info with us & were very polite. We recommend others to CubeSmart. Thank you.

I've rented storage on and off over the years from several different facilities. Of all the companies, Cube Smart is HANDS DOWN the BEST! The office manager and his staff at my location were not only friendly (as one would expect) but treated me like I was family. The facility was always clean including the bathrooms. Never had any issues and when I need storage again, will definitely be back at Cube Smart!

Cubesmart took over, and I like everything about your services except for the price, AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY INDICATED. However, there is one thing that makes me feel good when I enter my storage units, all three of them is when I pass by the gate, or when I enter the office and I pay my bill, and the marvelous treatment I get from one of your employees by the name Tricia Hernandez. Her smile, her welcoming treatment, her attitude, her cheerfulness and above all her professionalism is above and beyond anything superlative. The truth is that I do not feel the burden of payment, but instead I feel that I am home suite home. Allow me to give credit where credit is due, because such a person can make a big difference in human relationship, and this is the kind of people we need to make the world a better place to live in. I would like to 5 stars for my heroes! Paul, Ron, and Mia for outstanding customer service. Cube smart bought the property recently from Bargain Storage that I have been a tenant for 15 months, the owners at the time of moving in was Bargain Storage I am not a fan of Bargain Storage at all. To make a long story short it was a nightmare for 15 months on the business side of things @ Bargain Storage. I love Cube Smart Storage and their Cube Smart dedicated employees Ron, Mia, and Paul Fleming, saved my business jumped right into action to make sure that I stayed in my building, doing what I love💪🙏❤️ And I am truly grateful They are called ”SMART” for a reason. I was on the verge of a financial setback and lost business.May I mention Paul and Ron spoke with me and each other trying to help and figure out what to do Paul waived most of my rent and helped me figure out what to do, Ron with a big smile went inside my building and did my dimension measurements with a flashlight, and that sweet Mia would come out of the office every day with encouraging words and a big hug.
