Good Training. Era was very knowledgeable about the Salesforce platform.

I have taken two project management certification preparation classes with CTS remotely. The education process is very well organized: books, training instructions, remote communications, online materials and overall responsiveness of CTS staff are excellent! Both classes were conducted by Lance Foust. He a very good teacher and used good demonstrations that helped us understand the material. I highly recommend CTS school for professional development.

Very helpful platform to elevate your skills!

I appreciated the small class size, which allowed the instructor to answer all questions from students. Instructor provided desktop and Mac users with useful shortcut tips, as there a couple of Mac users in my class. The workbook for Excel Part 1 for Beginners is pretty big - 250 pages, so there was not enough time to cover everything, so I will need to go back and continue the areas that were not covered in detail, though most were at least mentioned. Good hands on activities allowing students to experience doing the functions and featured activities from prepared spreadsheets and from creating our own. I would like to take the Part 2 course for Intermediate level Excel users.

Excellent teacher

I enjoyed the Excel classes. The books are very informative, and the class pace was excellent!!!
