Takes to long to receive package after my payment

Kept me informed of a relevant opportunity and efficiently processed my order. However I do not have the coins yet

The people are interested in making the time that is spent with them an interesting and rewarding experience. The reason why I only gave four stars is there's always room for improvement.

I love the fact that I can order American Silver Eagles with the 250th Semiquincentennial official logo. Although it was advertised as being in stock and would not be any long waiting period for your order. I am a little worried about how long. I may be a little impatient but, I am just starting my silver collection. CSNmint does a great job of responding and that is appreciated. Thanks, Mike

I see the tv ads a lot & I do find either unique or interesting items on air l do shop around to find items but I found that the communication timeliness of shipping & an occasional follow up call referencing an order was good business

Decent deals once in a while. Prices on certain things are wicked high. Do your homework. The most annoying thing is about the tracking of your package or projected ship dates. Example is ,,,say you order something off the website that you saw on tv. You think you’ll get it in a couple weeks. No, takes months sometimes. And more aggravating is they never show you expected ship dates on your account online.. they really need to fix that. If I pay 300 dollars for coins I wanna know when I’m getting them or at least know the status of the order..
