The main problem w your service is the fact that your guys on TV say these coins (the ones i ordered) are “in stock and ready to ship.” It has been over a month since my order and my card was charged for these coins immediately. But i keep getting replies that my order isn’t ready due to grading delays or increased customer interest. If they were in stock and ready for shipping then i wouldn’t be getting these excuses. You could do much better on shipping timeframes. And maybe not advertise that these coins are ready to go when they are clearly not. Disappointing and untruthful.

I ordered my product back in 22 June it is now one August and I still have not received my product. Thank you.

How can I rate an order that I haven't received? I made two orders of three things, I haven't seen anything.

Time between ordering and shipping seems to be taking longer with each order. However, the charge to the credit card is instantly.

Love the purchase but it takes too long to receive the product. I placed an order on 6/22 and it’s now 7/28 and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ll stick to my local coin shop in the future.

I placed an order for "In Stock" coins on 5/28/26. I was informed they would ship in 4 weeks. No problem. Here we are July 24th and no shipment. Responses from customer service say, we are working on it. Terrible service in my opinion.

They have a nice selection . The prices are fair enough. But when it comes to delivery service they are the worlds worst. They say four to six weeks for delivery you can count on it. My last order was a two month wait. Take it from me and look around before you buy from CSN Mint. This is it for me. George

They take your money right away. Getting your order takes over a month or longer. Hard to track your order in ther system an impossible to talk to anyone. When I did get a call back at 6 in the morning. My phone is off, I'm sleeping. Then no call backs. Poor customer service. And the last shipment with FedEx they left the package on my car. Worst delivery system. Need to use UPS or postal service.
