These guys are incredible. Super friendly and able to adjust orders and make recommendations. A great all around shop that I'll be going back to much more frequently.

Great gear, good value for the price, organized, on schedule. If you're lucky you'll get to watch the staff bicker with each other about political issues. It's quite entertaining.

CSI rentals never have white gaffers, I always order the white and end up with the black, and no one says a word or takes it off the bill. But The customer service is great. The people are very knowledgeable, and have my equipment delivered on time even with short notice.

I have been using csi rentals since 2009 and they hav always been great and have a wide selection of equipment on hand. There are 2 reason however I do not give them a 5 of 5 rating. Reason number one is that they close early on Friday and are closed all day Saturday. So if something happens to your equipment Friday afternoon and you have another shoot on Saturday there is nothing you can do about it. They will refund you for the rental however if something goes wrong with it, which leads me to my second reasons for my rating. They will send out equipment that craps out on the job. This has happened 3 times to me once with a camera, once with a lens and once with a battery pack. Again they refunded my money for the gear but it did mess up my shoots. However that's been 3 out of hundreds of times I've used them and I have to say that they have always been great and have great coustomer service thank you to George and Carrie especially.

You guys are awesome. I feel you're growing and need a bigger space tho (Manhattan) so you can hold more inventory.

Altogether great and pretty reliable. These days these guys are my first stop for all my rental needs. Also prices are very reasonable.
