Great product but some imperfections and specks in the glass

Received an awesome product however did not arrive at the time it was suppose to and missed the presentation.

Good idea doing it all online, efficient and easy to use UI, reasonable prices and fast service. Overall a good experience and a vendor that I’d recommend and use again.

Overall I was very satisfied. Initially I thought that the shipping cost was a little excessive, but the items arrived in perfect condition - very well packaged.

Was looking for an affordable bud vase for an awards program and Crystal Plus was the only place I could find one. We received it yesterday and it is a nice product for the price.

It was a relatively easy process. I would really have liked to be able to talk to someone (perhaps I could have done so and just didn't try hard enough) It's a little hard to envision the final product but it did come out beautifully and arrived very timely. Very happy with the result.
