I've worked with Crystal Plus for a few years and I'm always satisfied.

I will definitely be using Crystal Plus again. I was extremely happy with the service and quality of work they provided.

A few things I liked, first of all you sending me a copy of the engraving orders to make sure everything was correct. The shipping time was exactly as your rep said it would be. Your rep was very nice and she was very clear and easy to understand. I thought the shipping price was a little high for standard shipping however she applied a coupon to the order which brought the price down to a reasonable amount. My wife who received the flutes was very impressed with them. Next time we want to get more Waterford we will be back with your company.
