The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to get a hold of someone using the chat program whenever we ran into problems. Our first proof draft did not come back as we wanted and the designers were able to quickly fix our problems the second time around. Wonderful experience. The only issue is that the etching is not very legible :( It's too light and faint.
