Ordered a vast with base for in-law's 60th wedding anniversary. Made changes to the words to be inscribed, and base to be glued on - friendly, efficient service, and product arrived in time; however had to pay a premium for delivery on time. It all was worth it, as my in-laws loved it, and were impressed. We also included a couple of crystal, gold-stemmed roses, which completed the look.

Ordered 13 of these Wedge Tower awards for a client. Working with CrystalPlus was great - Angelina in Customer Service was wonderful to deal with. The order came in exactly as expected and on time. Client was very happy as were the award recipients. Would definitely order from them again!

CrystalPlus has a wide variety of awards that can be customized. I appreciated the fact that we had the opportunity to make up to 3 changes before we started getting an additional charge. The web site was great however the graphics review section is a bit limited as far as direction and how to articulate the changes that are needed. I ended up calling for assistance and the representative was somewhat helpful but was able to call someone else to get the direction that we needed. The font size can be adjusted slightly but there is no clear direction on that unless you call. I would probably use them again as the finished product turned out wonderful.

They made the ordering experience very easy for me. The product looks better than I expected.

The crystal boxes I ordered were perfect and everyone loved them! My only hesitation is the web site used for ordering was not intuitive. I contacted Live Chat for help and got a quick response. The order was processed quickly and arrived faster than expected. All around it was a good experience!
