There aren’t enough pages to say how…
There aren’t enough pages to say how bad this company treats customers I was in Costco shopping on March 13 and these two lovely young ladies approached me about getting water bottle delivery service. I admit I can be impulsive, but my water is cloudy when I take it when it comes out of the faucet so I said yes this was on 13 March as I said they told me that my delivery would be coming. that coming Monday so on the 16th I waited they told me 9 o’clock I waited till 10. I called the company. I was told the delivery driver was having trouble finding my apartment which happens to be new so it’s difficult to find on the GPS. I then told them how I put it in my GPS because I can’t find it either there happens to be a coffee shop right in front of our apartment building on a major highway so I gave them all the information they told me they would call the driver and have him call me. I waited. He did not call me this went on for a total of six hours on the 16th back-and-forth on the phone frustrated beyond belief the 17th I call again I get a customer service rep. I have to go through all my information over again. I explained that now I want to cancel the order because this is gone on long Enough she says I can do it on the app. I go on the app which the nice young lady in Costco had downloaded for me. I hit cancel my order when you do that. It direct you right back to the company phone number which is utterly useless so I’m not gonna go into more details other than to say that for three solid days I have been trying to reach this company, and I have repeatedly asked for a manager been put on hold for a lengthy period of time and never get a person this morning. I got an email saying my order was out for delivery. I immediately called the company again waited on hold for 15 minutes and two seconds got a person on the phone told her my situation again said that I want to speak to a manager now today. Do not tell me someone’s going to call me. I want to speak to them now 15 minutes later or so I got Alex on the phone who was the only person in this company that I’ve dealt with that was willing to hear me and offer to fix the problem and cancel my order for me because he was trying to keep me as a customer and I said you gotta be crazy. I demanded he sent me an email with an an order of cancellation and I furthermore told him that their training in that company is deplorable and that these young women never told me that it was gonna be every Wednesday. I told this young man that they’re probably gonna go under because apparently I’m not the only one with complaints about it and I was really looking forward to the bottle of water but having been a manager most of my life what earth to me the most was them not wanting to write the wrong because I would’ve gone and called that customer myself and I would’ve said what can we do to keep you? Let’s give you the first service for free let’s give you four free bottles give me some type of compensation. They didn’t either.
