The website is a little challenging to navigate at times, but the quality of service is excellent! I've emailed with questions and her response has always been quick and helpful! One of my favorite subscriptions

The mold is perfect for boxes. I make colorful Boxes that gift to family & friends for holidays etc. Thanks

Overall I enjoy this box. They often arrive late due to supplier issues but for the most part a nice box.

Update* I have received communication from the owner and appreciate them reaching out and clarifying their process. Original review *3 star* am a new customer and received an email on 5/10 with tracking saying my package would be shipped on 5/11. As of 5/13 my package still was showing as label made but not received at usps. I emailed and received an auto response that I would hear back in up to 3 business days I believe. It is now 5/14 and I have checked to see that the package was brought in to usps today. No email but I'm assuming Monday I'll see something. Communication is key so when I'm told something is shipped out and then tracking info isn't there for 4 days it can be concerning as to whether or not I was scammed. I do not think that's the case here but I hope for better communication in the future.

The molds are cute and unique. But there is a problem with the ordering system. I placed an order but received no e-mail confirmation or shipping notice, so I figured my order didn't go through. I ordered again a few days later. Got e-mail confirmation and shipping notice. I ended up receiving and being charged for both orders. THIS EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED LAST TIME I ORDERED.

I love the themes I've seen. Love the koi ponds the tiny fantasy dragons. I can't wait to see what each months theme is and not only to try out the molds but to see the posts from other subscribers showing their take on the project

This is my first kit and I am super happy with it I’m only giving it four stars because I wish there was a better tutorial that came with it I don’t feel that the projects that the person did reflect all the possibilities.
