Absolute rip off. Item received and worked for all of 2 minutes I emailed the company twice to ask how to return but not had a response. I paid way over the odds for this item £34. Amazon selling from £10 upwards !!!! DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered, delivery updates, delivered and reported , product seems great so far..I work for Aus Post so understand importance of communication and timing plus product quality. High rating from me thank you 😊

I am impressed with how the device is so quick to heat up before use. Since I use it on the heat and light therapy settings, I’ve noticed that most of pain experience from the planter fasciitis has decreased. I feel that I can eliminate the pain altogether by continued use of the device,

I like this scraper :) it's well made, and does heat, vibration, and red light, but the instructions don't tell you HOW to get any of it going. I'm still just fumbling around until I get vibration and lights, and then I notice heat at some point, but I have NO idea what the modes are, nor do I understand how to set them (your instruction book needs some INSTRUCTIONS) I'm glad I bought it, and I THINK it's helping (it's only been a few days) but I wish I knew for sure how to set it up - each time it's a guessing game.

As a 59-year-old who loves walking my dogs but also carries a few extra pounds, I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis for what felt like forever. The morning pain was becoming a real barrier to doing what I love. Then I found the Thermaedge machine. To put it simply, this thing is a godsend. It’s so easy to use. I just sit down in the evening, put my feet on it, and let it do its magic. The real proof is in my mornings. The sharp, stabbing pain when I first step out of bed has dramatically reduced. Now, I can get up and get my dogs ready for their walk without that dreaded wince. I’m back to enjoying our long walks without constantly thinking about my heels. For anyone my age, or anyone whose lifestyle is tough on their feet, I can’t recommend the Thermaedge enough. It’s been an absolute game-changer for my mobility and my quality of life. It’s given me my freedom back—and my dogs are thrilled about it, too! If you’re on the fence, just get it. Your feet will thank you.

Will say this thermablade has helped me through a session of Plantar fasciitis, although the heel pain has not completely diminished, day by day is improving glad I went ahead and purchased one. Many Thanks Paul.
