Excellent customer service at cpap.com. I highly recommend cpap.com to everyone. Daryl was terrific - knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He handled my mask return in the 30-day trial, gave more info on cleaning products, and then stayed on the line until I received the email to process payment and confirm with went through.

My ResMed AirSense 10 has finally started to peter out after all of these years (FYI - in case you’re curious, I get an Attention! screen that says “Motor life exceeded, contact care provider”), so I wasn’t sure if my prescription was still valid and called cpap.com to double check. Customer Service Rep Brandy, was soooooo super awesome and kind, and I appreciated her help so much to assure me that my Rx was still valid and that I could re-order the same model. I’ve always had good experiences with cpap.com and will continue to purchase items from them when needed. Thanks, Brandy! You’re a gem. (^_-)v
