I took my car in for a possible transmission issue. Scott went above and beyond for me. He researched my car and gave me all of my options. He kept me well-informed the entire time. Scott’s professionalism, kindness, patience, skills and expertise helped me make the best decision. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

When you are generous enough to offer us your business, Joseph, you deserve nothing short of the kind of timely, courteous, and valuable service you mentioned; and we very much appreciate you telling the world of how you found nothing less. Thank you! Gratefully, Cottman of Lancaster
Just left Cottman Trans of Lancaster (419 E. Ross street) and truly felt informed, taken care of, and had the knowledge of what was done and what I needed for the future. The staff at Cottman were professional and kind enough to take my situation into consideration on what needed to be done. I will recommend them to everyone.
