Cot EdgeAbout Cot Edge
COT Edge turns the CFTC's weekly Commitments of Traders report into clear, percentile-ranked institutional positioning you can read in seconds — not hours.Every week the CFTC publishes how large speculators are positioned across the futures market. The raw data is powerful but painful to work with: dense spreadsheets, no context, no sense of whether a position is historically extreme or simply average. COT Edge was built by a trader who got tired of doing that work by hand. It does the heavy lifting for you.For 16 of the most-traded forex pairs, commodities, and indices, including EUR/USD, GBP/USD, XAU/USD (gold), crude oil, and the major US indices, COT Edge shows you net positioning, week-over-week change, and where current positioning sits within its 3-year and 5-year range. Instead of guessing, you see at a glance whether the market is at a positioning high, a positioning low, or balanced. This is a data tool, not a signal service. COT Edge gives you the institutional positioning picture and the historical context; you make the trading decisions.Live CFTC data, updated every Friday. Works on any device, no installation.
