Hello Poh Loon Cheah, Thank you for the product review. I am happy that you are overall satisfied with the order despite the seemingly dislocated keyboard characters. The keyboard is in a US QWERTY layout by default. The keyboard's language setting is independent from that of your tablets. This means, if your device is set to UK English, this needs to be modified in your tablet's settings to align to your Bluetooth keyboard, which has an American English layout. I hope the above explanation comes home to one, and thank you again for being an awesome customer! ⭐️ Write to us if you have further queries or the next time you will want to buy again, and we will provide you with the best possible deals and options that you will not find online. Thank you once again for your high regard for the product and for being a loyal customer. Best regards, Erma Cooper Cases - Head of Support

It’s good protection but for the iPad 10.2 7th gen cover is a bit too lite and keeps falling on an soft surface. I Also feel cooper case covers over the years has lost its quality. Having said that they have excellent customer service.

Hello Ali, Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the case is not sturdy enough to hold the iPad. The rugged case is made of super lightweight EVA foam + the hinge of the handle is designed to fold to up to 110~ degrees angle when sitting upright. Given that the iPad is getting bigger and heavier in comparison to the first ones rolled out 10 years ago, the rugged case can only support your iPad when lying down or in landscape mode. Write to us so we can provide some innovative resolution to the problem. 😊 Best regards, Erma Cooper Cases - Head of Support
There are no groves for tablet to rest in so it slides down almost flat. Other than that nice case
