Coolutils support has been excellent. We experienced a bug in the deployed product and issue was resolved quickly and perfectly. We use a number of Coolutils products with our clients to automate processes and always work well.

We had a product registration problem; we needed the product to be active A.S.A.P. and was saturday: we had a working solution within few hours..... simply fantastic!! Thanks folks!

Since buying Total Audio Converter in 2016 I have only needed to contact the seller because of a problem the first being I lost my password and the second was a password problem and both times I received help very quickly. I have used this program very much over the last 5 years and would not think of using another one because of the range of possibilities and how quickly it works. IMHO a 100% program and 100% customer service.
